When: Someone mentions a bug or feature request
Agent will:

1. Detect task-worthy messages
2. Create ticket in Linear/Jira
3. Add relevant context and screenshots
4. Notify appropriate team members
5. Add thread link to the ticket

### 2. Meeting Coordination

When: Meeting discussion happens in Slack
Agent will:

1. Detect scheduling intent
2. Check calendar availability
3. Create calendar event
4. Send invites to mentioned participants
5. Add meeting context from the thread

### 3. Knowledge Management

When: Using Co-Pilot
You can say:
"Manage information by:

* Saving important messages to Notion
* Creating documentation from discussions
* Organizing threads by topic
* Setting up automated summaries"

## Setup Instructions

1. Go to Missio Settings → Integrations
2. Select "Slack" from communication providers
3. Authorize the Slack workspace connection
4. Configure Agent rules and Co-Pilot preferences

<Note>
  The Slack integration requires specific workspace permissions to monitor
  channels and perform actions. Review the permissions carefully during setup.
</Note>

## Best Practices

* Set clear channel naming conventions
* Configure notification preferences by channel
* Use thread bookmarking for important discussions
* Set up automated routing rules
* Maintain organized channel structure

## Limitations

* API rate limits apply
* Some actions require Slack admin approval
* Historical message access depends on Slack plan
* Channel member limits may apply
* Bot permissions follow workspace settings
